Now that the Audit for the association has been completed, we are ready for our AGM!
The agenda for this meeting is below:
- Board of Directors Report
- Board of Directors Election
- Audit Report
- Updating the Association Bylaws
Currently, for the Board of directors’ election, we are looking to ratify 4 Board Nominees and elect one additional position.
We also need to update the association bylaws as they are grossly out of date. The last change to the bylaws was in 1998 before so much of our current day technology even existed! Our bylaws need to grow with the times.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to get as many parents as possible to this meeting. To make this a little easier, we are providing Childcare and a free meal to all those who come!
